We take into account essential and recent court cases and provide case specific service for both claimant and defendant representatives. For both pre-litigation and in a civil procedure court compliant format.

Payments

In consideration of the services provided, you will be required to make payments to fulfil the services to you herein this agreement on 30 day terms. The rates/fees depend on your required service. The final cost/rate/fees will be communicated to you upon contacting us and other costs that may be incurred during the cause of providing our service(s) to you will be discussed with you.

Please note that rates/fees as mentioned above are not fixed and can be changed at any time with the additional costs incurred. We may revaluate the rates/fees at any time based on any further assistance needed. 

There are several methods of payment available to you. Kindly choose the most convenient means to pay and make all payments accordingly. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant during payment. This may include, without limitation, your name, your phone number, work address, email address, billing address and any such information needed by us for you to complete payments. We have the right to hold back on any service if payment has not been made in full. If we incur any charges or fees while attempting to take payment from the payment method provided by you e.g. credit card, we shall charge you accordingly and expect payment immediately. Any such inability to complete payment will delay our service to you.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

While we are confident in providing the best service to our customers, a customer may wish to cancel or withdraw from the service. A customer’s request to cancel shall only be granted if the service has not commenced. Once the service commences, the customer thereby waives any right to cancel. 

Refunds and cancellations as stated within these terms and conditions shall be at our discretion and considered on a case-to-case basis. 

Intellectual Property

Subject to other terms in these Terms and Conditions, all Content included on this website, unless uploaded by other Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software are the property of All-Rates Ltd, our affiliates, website host (Go Daddy) or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Service(s) rendered under this website shall be considered as work for hire. Thus, it is expressly agreed that All-Rates Ltd is acting as an independent supplier and not as an employee. The agreement between you and All-Rates Ltd does not create an employer-employee relationship and is exclusively a contract for service.

Termination 

We may terminate your account and suspend your login, If we observe you have breached any terms of this agreement. You will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, All-Rates Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason prior to processing payment or commencing services to you.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide information when required. The Customer understands that we may at any time put the customer’s order on hold until the customer gets back to us. 

Our responsibilities/Warranties

Your safety when using our website is paramount to us. Hence, all reasonable skills and care shall be taken to ensure your safety when using our Website. Please kindly note that whilst your security is paramount to us, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of payment is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your transactions on our website, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.

Resolving disputes

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by an expert arbitrator as may be agreed upon by the parties.  Any such mediation and arbitration fees shall be borne by the party bringing a claim.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and All-Rates Ltd shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English laws and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other agreement contained on our website or agreed by the parties constitute the entire agreement between you and All-Rated Ltd.
